As someone deeply passionate about the intricate relationship between food and wellbeing, I have always believed in the power of nutrition to pave the way for a fulfilling life. My transformative journey into the realms of working with food as medicine and exploring ancient alternative therapies has been nothing short of enlightening. Enriching my understanding of the human body and the essence of holistic health.
Growing up in Dubai laid the foundation for my culinary explorations, but it was my work as a wholistic chef that allowed me to transcend borders and travel the world. Whether serving as a personal chef, consulting for restaurants, cooking on health and wellness retreats, hosting cooking workshops, or curating pop-up events on farms, my aim has always been to maximise nutrient density without compromising on flavour.
Through my unique approach to food, I have had the privilege of assisting many on their healing journeys - from providing nourishment for recovery post-surgery, managing allergies, to supporting families transition through pregnancy and postpartum.
Driven by my desire to inspire others through my own self-healing evolution and decade-long career as a wholistic chef, I have embarked on a new chapter as a Certified Nutrition Consultant.
Del by Saba Mama was born from my journey through matrescence. Bridging pregnancy nutrition and traditional holistic practises together with the love of whole foods.
