Probiotic Smoothie

This smoothie has been on rotation in our home for the past few weeks and we all love it! I always recommend homemade sauerkraut over store-bought, but if you were to buy it from the shop make sure it’s in the refrigerated section.

By feeding yourself and your baby with intention, you’re not just shaping meals, you’re shaping a future of vibrant health.

TIP: For mothers in the early postpartum period (first 40 days) I recommend using non frozen berries or letting the smoothie come to room temperature before consuming.
